Yes! If your iPod came from Electrical Goodness, we're happy to help you with Rockbox basics and getting your music onto the device. Send us what OS you're running (Windows, macOS or Linux + The Distro) and we can help you.

Right now our main focus is on fully refurbished iPods we've built and tested ourselves. We may offer repair-only work in the future, but for now we handle it case by case. Contact us directly below if you have any questions

While we don't officially advertise it as a service, we are happy to accommodate custom orders, please be aware that due to the fact that we will be ordering parts for you specifically, that turn around times will be 2-3 weeks

We're based in Australia and all our orders ship from Melbourne. Most orders made within Australia should be delivered within 3-9 business days

All our Refurbished iPods come with a 12 month warranty that covers general failures that don't include physical damage, liquid damage or mistakes caused by tampering. If you're within Australia, we will cover the costs of shipping the iPod back to us for inspection, if you're outside of Australia, we will not cover the cost of shipping or handling and are not able to cover you for loss or damage during transit
